Sydney Drive

Sydney Drive uses booking software hosted by Bookwise to take bookings and manage accounts. Personal data you provide (name, contact details, booking details) is processed so the school or agency can deliver the service you requested.

On first visit we ask about cookies: Essential only or Accept. Strictly necessary cookies are always used to run the site. Optional preferences (for example suggesting pricing currency from approximate location on the Bookwise marketing site) and any analytics or marketing cookies are used only after you choose Accept. Cookie settings in the footer reopens that choice anytime.

When you join a Bookwise product waitlist, we store your email (and optional name) so we can invite you when that product is ready. We only use this contact for that purpose. See the consent checkbox on the waitlist form.

When you pay by card online, payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of your school or agency (using that business’s Stripe account when configured). Separately, businesses may pay Bookwise subscription and online-payment fees through Bookwise’s own Stripe account. Card details are handled by Stripe; Bookwise stores payment status and receipt references — never full card numbers.

Optional booking-chat language interpretation may use OpenRouter (server-side only) to understand messy messages. Catalogue, prices, and your booking details stay on Bookwise and are not sent to OpenRouter. The key never runs in your browser.
